One Text at a Time. One Hour at a Time. We Get Every TeenBack.
The first AI generated, proprietary solution to combat teen online addiction.

The first AI generated, proprietary solution to combat teen online addiction.
TeenBack is there with you all the way, standing alongside your SEL and mental health supports with hour-by-hour text interventions that meet students where these pressures begin. We deliver hourly micro-interventions that meet students exactly where risky decisions form: between classes, after practice, late at night, or moments after a social trigger. This isn’t another curriculum. It’s real prevention, on the device that fuels the problem transformed into a tool that protects your students instead.
TeenBack is the first EdTech platform built to fight teen addiction in real time.

Teens don’t live “day-to-day” anymore, they live hour-to-hour on their phones, where pressure to gamble, vape, and drink shows up nonstop. TeenBack fits into that reality with brief, structured texts that land quietly in the same space as their group chats and apps.

Parents don’t see every screen, but they feel the risk every day. With TeenBack, they know their teen is getting structured, addiction-focused support throughout the day. TeenBack gives parents the comfort to know that their child is getting hourly reinforcement.

Teachers are already stretched by academic, SEL, and mental health demands. TeenBack runs in the background, delivering structured, hourly micro-interventions without adding to staff workload or lesson plans. Teachers can't reach students everywhere, but, TeenBack can.
Hour by hour, our platform generates personalized text messages that fit each teen’s world and timing. It does this for thousands of teens at once, with a consistency and scale no human team could ever match. Jordan, 16, is on the soccer team, in the chess club, and serves as class president. Sophie, 14, plays clarinet and lives for art class. Alex, 17, edits the school newspaper and is captain of the debate team. Each of them gets something different from TeenBack, shaped around their routines and interests. Below are just a few of the texts they might receive.

TeenBack uses a proprietary behavioral-delivery system that reads timing, age, risk patterns, and the details families choose to share, then sends the right text on the hour. It's an app. It’s the most effective solution today.

Every text is built from scratch shaped by time of day, type of addiction, a teen’s age, and their real interests. No repeats. No templates. Just short, therapeutic micro-interventions designed to interrupt risky impulses .

Schools get a prevention layer that works quietly in the background . No apps, no data tracking, no staff burden. Hourly support reaches students in the moments adults can’t see, creating steadier routines and fewer crises.

TeenBack isn’t another app competing for attention. It’s a digital safety and SEL-aligned intervention system designed to interrupt harmful screen-time patterns, not add to them. Teens now average 8.5 hours a day on their phones, where gambling prompts, drinking culture, and vaping trends circulate without pause.
TeenBack delivers brief, evidence-informed micro-interventions that strengthen self-management, reduce impulsivity, and reinforce district wellness goals all through the device teens already use.

Student Shield is the core TeenBack experience for teens and offers a free "light" experience into our micro-intervention platform. It delivers 4 targeted micro-intervention texts per day, focused on gambling, vaping, and alcohol risk. Messages are timed around a teen’s routines and interests so support feels relevant, not random.

Family Bridge builds on Student Shield for homes that want more support. Teens receive 12 targeted texts per day, and parents can opt in to mirrored versions of those messages so they know what kind of support their teen is getting and when. No extra tracking, no hidden feeds just a clear window into the tone and focus of the help being delivered.

Campus Guardian brings TeenBack to an entire school or district on an enterprise level. Students receive 24 support texts per day across the three risk areas, while schools receive simple, aggregate summaries: how many students are covered, how many messages were delivered, and which addictions are most active. High-level insight to guide prevention efforts.

PAUSE interrupts the gambling loop at the moment it forms and slows the spike of risk-taking and restores cognitive control before a teen gets pulled into automatic behavior.

HELP provides structured micro-guidance when a teen leans toward placing a bet. Each message blends grounding techniques and quick behavioral resets that restores judgment.

TALK is for moments when a teen needs urgent human support. They get directed to 988, the national lifeline staffed by professionals equipped to handle emotional and behavioral distress.

Teen addiction isn’t a character issue, it’s a timing issue. Cravings don’t wait for school hours, and traditional support only shows up after the damage is done. TeenBack flips the model. We reach teens in the exact moments when risk forms: the pause between classes, the boredom after school, the late-night spiral, the emotional dip after a fight, the spark right before a bet, a hit, or a drink.
Because we’re hourly, not “whenever something goes wrong,” our system interrupts what the addiction is trying to automate.
TeenBack works because:
We use the world’s most addictive device to fight the world’s most addictive diseases.
That’s where triggers start, where pressure builds, and where algorithms push risk faster than adults can intervene. We take that same environment and flip the power dynamic. Hour by hour, TeenBack interrupts the cycle with micro-interventions that are short, therapeutic messages designed to steady a teen right when they need it most.
TeenBack is the first hour-by-hour prevention platform built for the three addictions reshaping teen lives worldwide: gambling, vaping, and drinking.
Why TeenBack matters now:
Our behaviorally intelligent delivery system shapes each message to the teen receiving it — their age, their risk patterns, their moments of vulnerability. No repeats. No templates. Just the right text at the right time, again and again. Because the fight isn’t one big moment. It’s hundreds of tiny ones. And we show up for every single one.

Most districts can adopt TeenBack without touching their general operating budgets. Because we function as a digital mental-health, early-intervention, and safety-risk–reduction platform, schools can use existing grant streams and categorical funds to cover the full cost. TeenBack requires no staffing, no instruction time, and no hardware making it one of the easiest preventive tools to implement at scale.
